Regenerating a Fault Hard Disk, Repaing Bad Sectors

This is a related question to this one

sectors and drive capacity basics

and

Synology NAS, which now reports 2 x WD30EFRX (3TB RED drives) as Failing

In the first question, we branched off discussing HDD Regenerator and the repairing HDD bad sectors, in the 2nd question I posted it was about Synology stating that 2 x WD RED were failing despite any SMART errors, and SMART Quick and Extended Tests passing.

So now I'm using HDD Regenerator to test the disks, having used Hard Disk Sentinel previously which reveal no errors!

This is just for shits and giggles, as I'm not going to use the HDDs in production, and they've already been replaced with new WD REDs.
