How To Uninstall Completely Windows 10 App VideoLan VLC Player

BACKGROUND
I want to install an older version of VLC Player (v2.x) but I am unable to uninstall the previous Version that was installed as a Windows APP. I have Revo Uninstaller, but it is not able to locate the app. I used Apps & Features area to uninstall, but when I then attempted to install the older desktop version of VLC Player, Windows told me it was already installed. When I looked at the version, it was 3.2.1.0 again.
QUESTION
How do I completely REMOVE VLC Player (WIndows APP) so I can install another version of VLC in the desktop program install (Not the Windows APP).
SUPPLEMENTAL
How do you hide the progress bar that pops up (in VLC) whenever you move the mouse cursor into the video play area of the screen? I was hoping that an older version of VLC would not have that issue.
