ZOOM - I'm the host. I arrived at 5:45PM but my attendees are not able to get in until 6:15 PM. How to fix
I'm running a weekly meeting ZOOM under my own number. something like this:

The meeting starts at 6:15PM but I arrive at 5:45PM to help attendees get settled in and set up their PC's and files.
My attendees were not able to get into the zoom meeting until exactly 6:15.
In the past they were able to get in sooooo, I suspect I must have adjusted something which messed things up for them.
I want my attendees to get in as soon as they connect.
Where can I set this up?

They see a message "another meeting in progress" or something like that. But there is no other meeting. I was just sitting there waiting for attendees to arrive. Again, I must say, that this used to work fine and I think I may have inadvertently changed a setting that caused this fiasco.

Now install Zoom on a different device, create a meeting under your account and let some test users join the meeting.
If the problem persists, it might be related to Zoom settings. If the issue does not appear, reinstall Zoom on your current device you use for meetings and test it again.

Maybe you enabled Waiting Room and forgot to admit users?
