OneNote Section Group doesn't open its notes
Hi Guys! Super strange!! I re-organize my OneNote notebooks by adding 'Section Groups' to every area that I wanted even more organization. I did this like a week and half ago. All have been ok until now.
For some strange reason, in one notebook specifically, I noticed that when I clicked on a Section Group to open it up to access its sections, I get no sections. Rather, just the sections arrow pointing up or down as I click the Section Group:
So what I did:
- I uninstalled OneNote (I have OneNote Desktop apps - previous OneNote 2016).
- I closed the Notebook with the Section Group not working
- Re-open the Notebook, but same problem.
- I checked my iPhone, iPad and thwee Web OneNote, and the sections are working as I have them,.
Help, what can I do to get these section back to work?

I am confused...is this in the OneNote 2016 desktop version?

Initially, yes. But when u download it is now known as 'Microsoft Office' (it replaced the 2016 desktop version)
Navigate to File>Account and tell me which version you are using (next to the About OneNote button)
Also, close the notebook and reopen it

Done, closed & re-opened it.
Obviously this shouldn't be happening, but see if you can run the update. The latest version is 2007

Thanx! It worked! (I really thought my OneNote was updated - reinstalled it for this same reason, but no updated)
Excellent, but still so weird that that happened. It should have let you see your sub sections even with an updated version. Oh well...Microsoft!
