Hi,
Any suggestions on how to convert *.asp to *.aspx.
Any suggestions on tools or any other method is appreciated.

There could have ways to that, but I don't believe to have a quick solution on that. so, probably a program rewrite is more realistic for most of the cases. the websites that written in asp could come with old web technologies as well, you may consider to upgrade it with latest possible web technologies.

Its is just a addin code written in .asp which needs to be now .aspx

Looks it is just how you make calls to database and Stored Procedures.
Its is just a addin code written in .asp which needs to be now .aspx 

ASP and ASP.NET are two different technologies, they probably can still interact with each other at page level, but I don't believe all what you have written in ASP can be transform to ASP.NET (either C# or VB.NET) in an easy way.
