stuck at re-join the exchang to the active directory

morning my MS Outlook was not working or even connected so first i restart my exchange server but didnt success again when i try to access my exchange 2010 by my login i find message said " trust relationship failed " so its lead me to bring out the OS (windows 2008 r2 sp1) out of my company domain and try to rejoin it again ..
here i stucked
loading loading sign at local area connection icon and after many attempts i rejoin it to my domain but error and fail !
my Exchange server stop coming up again or communicating again with my active directory !
i dont have additional exchange server
but i save copy from my exchange server by Symantec Backup and i try to recover it with same issue loading loading at network icon with no result

during i reexit the exchange he ask me first to uninstall 2 rules (Certification authority + Certification authority web enrollment) after i uninstall them i success to exit from the domain but when i retry to join the machine again to the active directory i face this issue below ...
here i stucked

First thing you should check is the time on the server. Second, make sure is has network connectivity, meaning it has access to DNS servers and can ping the AD Domain controller.  Finally, check your DNS server and make sure there are only entries that point to one "exchange" server only.

Check TCP/IP settings and esp. DNS entries to ensure that it is talking to your Active Directory DNS servers. Also, you should only have one Network connection setup on the server.
