See when user logged in/log off

Hi, we have W10 laptops, with no domain. We are trying to see when some users - who are working remote- are logging and off. How could i see this info?

You try to see when they are loggin on / off from where ? the PC's ? (you say you have no domain).
Your question is not very clear.

From their laptop.
You can audit the eventlog for Event 4647.
Make a script that exports the entries to a file and save it to a specific location.

As an alternative you can make a local logon / logoff script that will save the date and time in a CSV file on each machine.
