One way ping initiation (Dell Switches)

Does anyone know why we can initiate ping only from one way (for example,A can ping to the host B the wireless client, only then can host B ping host A. If host A starts ping first, there is no reply). The core and access switches are Dell.

Are you able to reproduce the issue when all connections are using Ethermet?
