I think my .ost file is corrupted

Not sure where I saw the concern about my .ost file, but my email which is the O365 install from Microsoft 365 is  having a problem.

I am not receiving anymore email since the 29th of August. I have deleted the profiles, didn't help. I tried to change accounts, but I wasn't sucessful. How can I delete the .ost file and rebuild. My email should be in the cloud on O365?
