1. Our webmaster/developer seems adamant he must use an apple mac device for his web development and social media work, which is a non-standard device not really supported by our desktop support team. Without having to pry to much into 'why', can you think of any logical reasons why a user would require an apple mac PC as opposed to a Windows PC for web development/social media type work? I was trying to understand the logic, or if any popular web dev apps are more suited towards apple mac devices?
2. From a desktop support perspective, how do you handle such 'exceptions' such as users who require non standard devices for their duties? What kind of questions need asking, what do you typically have to put in place?
3. By default if you tried to format/reformat a USB expansion drive which was plugged into the USB port an Apple PC, what file system would it try to format the drive as by default?
