not able to login to linux server via ftp credentials
Dear Experts
Installed vsftpd server on centos 7.8 and able to login with users created and perform upload and download this works fine as expected on my mobile internet but when use broad band connection from home/office not able to get the directory listing , please find the below details and request you to suggest on what to be done so that on any connection should able to login. server that iam using is VM on google cloud platfrom
200 PORT command successful. Consider using PASV.

cannot retrive directory listing (server not responding)
would like to try the directory listing in the opposite mode (acitve/pasv)/
when click on yes the following

227 Entering Passive Mode (10,160,0,3,237,106).
10.160.0.3 -> 34.93.189.79

Connect socket #1596 to 34.93.189.79, port 60778...

Connection timed out

please suggest should we have to enable PASV mode and also define pasv ports if yes can you share the config steps

I'm not using this one, but on others you have to explicitly specify the ports for the backchannel.
