Recover Deleted Windows 10 Administrator and Associated Files

We accidentally deleted an administrator on a Windows 10 workstation.  We also deleted the files associated with this user (c:\users\name).  Is there a way to get these files back?

Thanks.

An undelete utility MIGHT get some files back (dependent on how many disk changes have been done), but the account is usually not recoverable...

Thanks for your prompt response, Scott.  The files are actually more important than the account itself, which can easily be recreated.  Any recommendations in terms of undelete utilities to try?

Have you tried System Restore? You could try a restore point before the delete happened. https://www.isumsoft.com/windows-10/accidentally-deleted-administrator-account-on-windows-10.html

Just a note about this comment.

i use GetDataBack HTTP://www.runtime.org/
you can run it for free, and it will show what it can recover - then you pay for storing the info

ALL commercial software recovery tools (and there's dozens of varieties available) can be downloaded and 'run for free'. They're nothing more than Demos until purchased though.
so what's wrong with my comment?  nothing says the asker knows that
Nothing wrong with it Nobus. I just wanted to make the asker aware that running something freely and the functionality to see what could be recovered wasn't limited only to your prefered software solution is all.
ah - i see Andrew, thanks  for the info
i must say i did  not see that before on other softwares, but it's a long time now i worked with other ones; GDB is the preferred one for me
