Also check in the registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Citrix\CtxHook

Change the value of registry key ExcludedImageNames to chrome.exe,nacl64.exe

You didn't mention the Chrome version, so also maybe look at this https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX132057

Hi James,
Issue is on Windows 2008 R2 Citrix HSD and issue with only one User. On the same server, rest of users can access.
So, I can't apply above steps in my Windows 2008 R2 Citrix HSD. It will affect all users.
Please suggest any steps related to a single user.

When you say you deleted the user profile, how did you delete it?

Author

Commented:
Go to Advanced settings of System as shown below, click on Settings (user profiles), select the corrupted user profile which is not loading properly in Windows, then press Delete button.

So no profile management being used? These are totally local profiles?

Author

Commented:
We are using Roaming Profile.
Two steps we did.
1. Renamed the roaming profile.
2. Deleted the local server profile. (Above post).

A roaming profile, as in a standard Microsoft roaming profile? Or a Citrix UPM profile?
