How to remove the bug in PC

HI Please see the below. Whenever I restart computer/Win8, the below jumps up itself. How to remove it? Thank you

I can't tell which browser you're using, but it appears that something has changed your browser home page. If that is the case you can change it back. In Firefox-derived browsers, go to the General page and set the home page to whatever you like.

Note that this didn't happen by itself. It's probable that there is malware or a bad plugin installed in your system. First examine all the browser plugins to ensure that you installed all of them and that there is nothing unrecognized. Then scan the system with Malwarebytes (the free version) and then with Spybot - Search and Destroy (also the free version) and see if something slunk in unnoticed.

Aside: Best update your browser too. It appear you're using a very old version of FireFox.

Another trick you can use if no cleansing seems to work, just switch to latest Chrome or IE (Internet Exploder... er... Explorer...) as your browser.

Thank you all. I think there are a lot ways mentioned above we can remove it, but I just tried Malwarebytes, which can work on my PC. Now the pc can work well. The below is its result where we can see the name of it is fastbrowser.
