I have a Thunderbolt 2 docking station that doesn't work and the light on the top of it is off and after the HP software update still not working. The light on the top of it is off.<br><br>I did the HP Assistance and Windows update, Bios update and still the light on the docking station is not working.<br><br>Can you help?
