Uploading PDFs to Jira

Hello...

I am using corel / illustrator / Indesign to expert pdf files.
I tried to uplaod these files on Jira but at the end of the upload it gives and error "failed to upload"
If I load any other pdf files it works fine.

Any ideas?...

Maybe Jira run some sort of Malware scanner + the PDFs you're uploading trigger a false positive match.

Contact Jira support about this as only they have access to their own logs + can tell you the root cause of the upload problem.

There has been an ongoing thread here regarding attachment issues, might be the same bug you’re facing

Unsure if you can but some had switched back to the old view/UI of Jira, that may be a workaround to test though I am not aware of those steps nor if that is still an option available for you to try, but as David suggested still it would be best to contact Atlassian’s Jira support directly to troubleshoot/resolve this matter.

Suggestion: Attach of your .pdf files (if possible). Running some analysis tools on your file might determine the problem.

And... Jira will still have to eventually fix their tech. From time to time, Jira does have odd upload problems.
