Citrix Netscaler URL Re-write

If I want to redirect traffic to another URL - what is the best way to do that on the Netsaler?

Client inputs to their browser say http://foo.acme.com or https://foo.acme.com - I want the URL in their browser to change to https://remote.inshalah.com . I've done something similar by setting up a protection policy on a downed Virtual Server. But I think there is a better way to do this.

Ideally I'd like to be able to use one IP address for these redirections going forward. So foo.acme.com would resolve to say 10.10.150.150 and fa.acme.com would also resolve to 10.10.150.150. in DNS. But each would redirect to a unique URL base on the original URL.

Thank you much.
