Konica Minolta C368 Color Setting

Can anyone tell me why I am unable to change to color in printer preferences when attempting to print to this C368 printer?

I'm not familiar with that specific printer, but I did notice in your image that you posted, at the very top, it indicates "Konica Minolta C368 PCL Mono" as the driver name you are looking at. The MONO in that title makes me think you are using a driver that isn't for color more. Not sure if you have another device installed that doesn't indicate mono? If not you may need to locate the drivers on the vendor website that support that printer in color mode and install them.

And, if this is a networked printer managed by an IT department, you may have to check with them. It is possible that they could have disabled color printing for all / some user groups (typically done to control the high cost of color printing) and they may not allow color printing to that device. Just another thought, so if it's an IT managed device you might want to reach out them first...
