Managing Audio Tools on Windows 10. I would like to be able to record audio coming through the speakers and from my microphone in meetings

I have a new HP Elite Book Win 10 Pro and need to master the audio features and find them terribly confusing and complicated at times. I am missing information at times with the work I am doing because people rattle off information that comes from a DB and I cannot miss anything. I have a bluetooth headset. RealTek Audio Card and sometimes GoToMeeting. I know how to use GoToMeeting if I am hosting. However, I wonder if it is possible to record screen sharing (which I can with Techsmith's Snagit)......and the audio coming from a meeting like GoToMeeting though the speakers. It seems very hard coordinating that synchronization much less figuring out how to make them work. How do you record the other persons voice coming from the other side of the PC...?

The audio is not recording. I am looking for settings and still only getting my side of the conversation and not both sides. I can hear my side just not the others even though the sound maybe coming through my local speakers or headset nothing is recorded from their side.
It is funny the sound is coming through the computer through my headsets yet Snagit only covers one side of the call or audio.

This message is direct from TechSmith Technical Support:
Snagit is not tested with Bluetooth or wireless devices. But Snagit should be able to pick up the audio from whatever you chose as the audio source before starting the recording.
I will try some different settings to see if I can get it to work.

Yes I was aware of the dual buttons and even when turned on no audio is recorded from the other side. I am aware of the split buttons shown in your video. I probably did not use the term button in my second response above.
