Question: Does Windows 10 cellular connection have a limit on connection attempts?
We are using Windows 10 LTSB.
The systems connect using a cellular connection. They are set to automatically connect.
They have no other access to any other kind of network, wireless or wired.
Does Windows 10 have a built-in limit on the number of connection attempts? If, for example, the cellular connection drops if the device is in a bad service area, how long/how many attempts does Windows make to reconnect?
Or once the device is back in a decent service area will it ALWAYS attempt to reconnect?
The Event Viewer does not make it easy to track down information re. a cellular connection. Wired and WiFi? No problem. Cellular? It's like Windows pretends it doesn't exist.
Also, if there is a reconnect limit, how do I modify it to continually attempt to reconnect?
Thanks in advance!
