Thank you very much, for the inputs and suggestion, about the company and what they are doing The company are into selling products online and also have an franchise model, they are interested on engagement platform, emails, drip campaigns, social media integrations, and to communicate to their customers and prospects every time they get products in stock, these products are returned from amazon hence selling will be on discounts but not always particular product will be available as and when return comes that becomes stock and this to be sold.
The same company also into other vertical services ( industrial automation) implementation and services of OEM products, they want to engage and also get more business on their services vertical, their presence is in india and Europe.
