Where are Favorites/Bookmarks stored in MS Chromium Based Edge

Ok, I am totally confused about the new version of Edge, as far as how items are stored in the directory tree.  It's the Chromium based Edge, Vers. 86.  I'm trying to manually backup the file where all the Favorites are stored but can't find it, and from what I gather it's not in a "Favorites" folder anymore.  In fact I don't even think they are called Favorites, but Bookmarks now??  I saw somewhere they are in some kind of database file named spartan.edb?  Could anyhow explain to me where the Favorites or Bookmarks are kept in Windows 10, so I can transfer that file for backup purposes.  Thanks

according to:
backup-restore-microsoft-edge-favorites-windows-10
%LocalAppData%\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AC\MicrosoftEdge\User\Default\DataStore

it should be here

C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AC\MicrosoftEdge\User\Default\Favorites

can you see anything there?
