it works well for rotation 90 right or 90 left
for rotation 180, I made a double rotation 90 right - but it could be smart to make it differently

A JPEG has a physical orientation. Your Delphi component respects this. The other tool uses proprably the image properties to adjust orientation.
What JPEG component?
