I already cancel the installation program, why this same error message comes up aLL the time when I start Windows 10 and as the login screen ?

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/autoruns is the best tool to see all possible autoruns that are configured in your system and deactivate them selectively.

other than install the tools, anything else we can do ? registry.... ?
That's nothing you need to install but a single executable.
Since we do not know how this program creates its startup entry, a manual search would be cumbersome.

but is there any single path in registry point to the start up application? then I go to delete that entry, right ?
There are many many ways how a program could go about. We don't know, so we use this tool, ok? It's not like: let's look into the registry at position x, maybe it's there.

the funny thing now I found out is, that executable doesn't exist from the autoruns SW you told me but it keep prompting when login screen appear.
So you started autoruns.exe via right click selection "run as administrator" and then inside, on the "everything" tab, you searched for the name of that executable?

and I try it again by running Teams_windows_arm64.exe , it seems it create temp files in the folder shown in the screenshot.
Ok, so you open autoruns now and search only for "teams", what comes up?
Ok, wait - that 1st screenshot of yours shows that the process is called "update.exe". search for that.
Look at the window title of your first screenshot.

You remove the checkbox now and all is well. It can be undone if need be.
