If you don't want to use an alias, and don't want to add another license, you could convert one of them to a shared mailbox, and add "John" as a member of the shared mailbox. This will keep the mail seperate, and allow them to send as the shared mailbox, and shared mailboxes do not require an additional license.<br><br>Bartender_1

A user needs to have 2 separate email addresses.  
Currently they are assigned 1 in Microsoft 365.
Is it possible to assign them another email ending with the same domain?
For example we want 'John' to have 2 emails.
