Disk usage 100% with Windows 10 Pro

I am having a problem with Windows 10 Pro.
Disk usage is 100% or Memory is 100%
I have tried several solutions searched on the Internet, but it still remains the same.

It usually occurs with New Installation

Hello There

Open Task Manager/Resource Monitor and check which processes use your resources the most.
I've seen antivirus scans/Windows Update loading the system after a fresh installation.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I am updating windows and Monitoring; will let you know.
Hi
Besides the above, below reasons also cause the disk 100% usage:
  • Some bad sectors in Hard drive
  • Hard drive free space is very less
  • Page file is occupying full capacity of drive
  • Windows indexing is running
However, Taskmanager will show you what process occupies the resources, as Hello There mentioned.

Regards
On a new installation: it will be the indexing (search) service which runs at a low priority so it has almost zero impact on running the operating system.
Disk usage is 100% or Memory is 100%
more details are necessary
what kind of system is this?
specifications? (spinning rust, ssd, nvme?)  how much memory?
what else is installed besides the OS?
It is a Newly Installed Windows; and also on New Computers:

I tried most of the solutions from below link but still same issue:

This is another Laptop

Do you have an HDD or SSD? If SSD, make sure that the firmware is up to date.
Does it happen with all new fresh installs?
What happens if you reboot a computer/laptop?
Most probably it's a 5400 rpm HDD.
It wouldn't play nice with Windows 10. if that's the case, better go for SSD, if you still have replacement possibility.
since the asker does not provide any specs on the system(s) - it is very difficukt to help him
So the system is showing that your disk is running at max speed, this is typical of a WIN10 system at startup, and can last upto 15 minutes.

It looks like you have a HDD, these devices have two measures of performance, MegaBytes per second (MB/s) and I/O operations per second (IOPS). for a 5400 rpm Disk that you will typically find in a laptop, you are looking at max 100MB/s and max 100 IOPS - BUT they are mutually exclusive.

Whatever WIN10 is doing you have run out of IOPS thats what the 100% means. If this lasts longer than 30 minutes, you need to take it to a repair shop for diagnoses, otherwise the best cure is to replace the HDD with an SSD (500MB/sec and 10K IOPS), something like a Samsung Evo
Usually the problem occurs on a New System (new hdd) !!
At which point? Right after you install the system? Them it might be Windows updates. After you install software like antivirus, MS Office, etc?
I found a way to overcome this issue:

a. Install SSD or NVMe hard disk - NVMe is recommended
b. Windows 10 with latest updates and patches.
c. RAM should be at least 8GB
d. and
e. njoy
sure - why did you not post your specs?
it would have been the 1st answer you got
Actually, the problem started after the 20H1 Feature update of Windows 10, before it was working fine.
So the answer was to instal a SSD

Please allocate points to everybody who suggested you do that!
it can even be you did not have enough free space on the disk - you need min 30 GB
Upgrading to SSD should not be the solution !!

The Desktop with which I faced the issue is NEW, Core i7, RAM 16GB, 10th Gen, HDD 1TB. This is a Windows issue as the new patches and features do not support these specs. Upgrading to SSD will definitely solve the issue.
run msonfig and disable all startup programs that you don't need
or test with another disk - on another sata port
