Dear Experts

Unfortunately, we don’t have any password policy  (( so we are from a security perspective in a bad situation )) I cannot explain why right now it is a long story

Now I got an order to create a password policy and applying it to our users

Plus all our users are using Citrix Xenapp 7.15

So what I need a good doc or blogs to help me to configure the following

  1. Good password policy on the level of AD
  2. How to do this on Citrix storefront
  3. How to do this on Citrix ADC (( Netscaler ))
  4. How the end-user experience will look like

Plus any advice on how to push this to our end users without make them angry (( I mean friendly way ))

So what your advice here how can I do this very well step by step

thanks

As James mentioned, you only need to set your (LDAP) password policy in AD, and StoreFront and the ADC will respect it. I also agree with James that you should have MFA for additional security.
I would suggest, however (to your point #4) that you make sure to give your users plenty of advance notice of any new password requirements (such as implementing password complexity, adding MFA, etc). Nothing will get you into hot water faster than implementing new restrictions without adequate notice to your users. You should put a notice on both your ADC (for external users) as well as your StoreFront (for internal users) login pages well in advance.
