form filling emails are not getting delivered to company domain

Dear Experts

Customer has hosted their website on our server which is in cloud, now they wanted to revamp their website hence created the subdomain as revemap and gave them ftp and wordpress CMS admin credentials, they worked on the revamp and about to move the developed to the live site but before that they tested the contact us page by filling with details and the form is configured with the company email domain.
 Issue :Throughout the website forms, emails are not coming to the company domain email accounts but if it is set to personal/private -gmail account then form submit is delivering the thank you message to the private/personal account,
 not sure what is going wrong ,  the form configured with company domain email should receive the emails please suggest where the things are going wrong is it in CMS or other places where I can fix this

Kimputer makes a good point too.

If the SMTP settings are wrong (especially envelop From address), the fix might be as simple as changing the SMTP settings.

the email is g-suite,  this works fine when live site form is filled where it reaches to the set email ID, should I have to ask web developer, the fix of the issue will be on CMS side so that I can tell them, they are pointing it will be IT side.

Error can still be on either side, we need tangible error messages to continue. Either debugged SMTP responses, or bounce message will help.

thanks for the inputs, the email service is g-suite and the
1.  revmap site is not https is this making the emails not getting delivered, please suggest.
2. I understood from developer that he is using elementor plugin, but he says , in the form they only enter from email no where it asks for smtp,
