Hi Elie,  my first name is also Elie (though here everyone calls me George) and I'm Lebanese too!!!  We should text or Email.
Do you have any phone numbers for those guys, so I can ask some questions?
Thanks,
George

nice to meet you Elie.
Thanks Dr.Klahn,
Useful information.  Do you have any phone numbers for those guys, so I can ask some questions?
Regards,

George

What I am looking for (I was taking for granted that you were reading my mind) is some Webmail provider that you can run through Outlook 365.
The problem with Google, that if you need tech support... forget it unless you sign up for their "program".

My customer has Office 365, so phone response should be no real problem.

I will investigate.

Thanks again everyone.

George

I must respectfully disagree with Elie Matar supra.

Since the company was sold, godaddy's reputation for customer service has significantly declined.  If you require customer service, I/M/O godaddy is no longer a good choice.
@DR. Khan godaddy is currently the number 1 in this field. Based on my own experience in the field they are the best (price/quality)

Maybe you have a bad experience with them. Anyways I respect you opinion.
I have a bad experience with Godaddy. I have moved many customers from Godaddy to direct O365 or other reseller. Godaddy was good before not sure what happened now. Even DNS also not good now a  days.
I have changed NS servers of all our customer domains due to delay in replicating changes.
Now we depend Godaddy only for cheap certificates.
Thanks guys.  My customer has decided to stay with her current Mail SVC.  Apparently the threat of being dropped did it!
