Best IT Admin remote control software?

Hello

We are looking into replacing our remote control software with something that can be deployed across internal network and outside.  Currently we use Dameware remote control which has a number of other admin tools integrated.  We like it for managing a number of aspects, in particular remote control.  The downsides are that if a user is not on the network we cannot use it.  We also use VNC as a backup option.  We also use MS Teams and users can remotely control other users screens.  The major downside for Admins is that we cannot enter in credentials for apps that require elevated permissions.

We see dameware offers admins otpin to remotely manage devices for ios/android - will look at that, but given the number of solutions out there i.e. Teamviewer, join.me, webex etc - im wondering what admins are using currently?

Would need FULL control of the users endpoints i.e. windows, ios android etc.  Would also need access when not on the LAN/VPN i.e. users just have internet access.

Thanks v m

Have you heard of Chrome Remote Desktop?

Windows 10 - For support across the Internet, you can use Windows built-in Quick Assist. No installation is required. The user just types "Quick Assist" into the search box and opens the application. Then he clicks on "Get Assistance" and tells you the code. Job done.

For local network support (or VPN), you can always use RDP or tools like VNC or so.
I would recommend Remote Desktop Manager Enterprise edition (support dual factor authentication)

For remote system access, I'd recommend Teamviewer. Works very well and since it is cloud based, the client is reachable anywhere as long as they have internet access. When properly configured, it has no security threats to the direct system since it doesn't expose any ports to the internet unlike VNC or Remote Desktop.

Teamviewer might be an option - c£1800 pa for us.
Dameware is £90 pa (doesn't appear to support devices outside of our network.

The key is the ability to remotely manage clients that are not even on our network and also mobile devices running ios and android.

Thanks
