Hi Strivoli:
Thank you for your suggestion
I am using a laptop constantly connected to AC current.
My power settings are "ALWAYS ON" for everything.
This is an OUTLOOK login window that's popping up, not Windows or my laptop itself. My laptop is not hybernating or sleeping. When I get back from lunch or a meeting, no screen saver kicks in. I see all my apps BUT I get the OUTLOOK login pop up dialog.

Is this on a Windows 10 computer? And do you have the build version 2004? Here’s how to check your Windows 10 build version if so:
Check power settings, especially for your network card.
E.g Network and Sharing, Ethernet, Properties, Configure, and click on the Advanced tab for the Network card properties, and set Power Saving Mode to disabled.
