Hi,
I am reading a stream from socket like :
private final Socket connection;
BufferedReader in = new BufferedReader(
        new InputStreamReader(connection.getInputStream()));
while (true) {
    String sockdata = in.readLine();
    if (sockdata != null)
        System.out.println(sockdata);
    else
        break;
}
This goes into infinite loop or stops at in.readLine() after printing few lines.
I checked that the last print is an empty string "".
so sockdata is never null and the loop never exits.
after "" it stucks at in.readLine()

What could be the reason for this ?

Thanks
