Yardi Voyager and Google Chrome
Has anyone come across an issue with Yardi Voyager when attempting to open the page to Voyager 7 after logging into Yardi using google chrome the page just spins and spins and doesn't load? I remember there was setting you had to http:// to the browser and make some adjustments and then it would fix the problem. I just cant remember what to do. Is it possible to run on IE and adjust any settings? Any help is appreciated.

Fred thank you very much I agree this is a total pain. I do recall looking at an online document that showed the settings in chrome it's like http:://localhost or whatever the browsers settings are that need to be adjusted in chrome. I had him launch in IE and it opened I just need to confirm with him if he can hit the page.
Also I found out I'm not an authorized contact to call them which makes my life more difficult.

Have you tried to remote in to your user, so you can see exactly what is going on and try other browsers? Can you get Yardi credentials from your user, so can connect with their support or user groups?
I find, with many companies like Yardi, if I contact them (as IT supporting their customer), they are willing to provide support assistance or temporary credentials.

1. Try another browser: Edge or Firefox. If they work then the problem is likely with Chrome or as you say one of the Chrome settings.
2. Check with Yardi
