Active windows loosing focus while on the cooperate network with our laptops but using VPN with Guest network seems to work fine
Active window loses focus. have to click on it to work again.
This issue persist on Windows 10 pro Laptops and Tablets on cooperate network however desktop pcs seems to be good and even the laptops works fine in guest network with VPN connected.The users facing issues while typing in any apps, all of a sudden it make a sound and it won't type The main apps installed on these laptops are Cortex XDR client, Global Protect(VPN client on laptops only), Parallels (RDS Client on laptops only), office 2016, and Patchmanager Plus.
Troubleshooting steps:
1. Still analyzing CORTEX XDR : opened a case with cortex tech.
2. Uninstall all the software one at a time to find the root cause.
3. freshly installed Windows.
4. disabling the pointer shadow on Mouse settings.
But still this issue persist
Any assistance would be great .

Sorry I missed mentioning on my post earlier but I have actually updated the drivers but that didn't fixed the issue. As I have mentioned in my post, it only happens only in direct cooperate network but tunneling through VPN seems to be fine. Also, it happens in various branded laptops (Surface pro, Dell and HPE).

We are still experiencing this issue. Windows is losing focus on active windows for only few PC's in the network. It only happens only in direct cooperate network but tunneling through VPN seems to be fine. Even though we have Cortex XDR as our Endpoint Protection, I can still see Antimalware Service Executable ( Windows Defender) running. Please help. Thanks in advance

if there are any updated drivers of your mouse and/or trackpad then update at the earliest convenience. Or at least reinstall the trackpad drivers (Synaptic?) and see if this solves your issue.
