ISA SERVER 2006 freezes

I have a ISA server 2006 running on a windows server 2003 R2 and I’m having problems because for some reason the server freezes, i can reboot and then log in and it works for a few moment but then it freezes and stops all the services. i have to use the shutdown button to be able to reboot the machine. I’ve entered in safe mode and realized that the CPU usage is always at 100% (i’m trying to free some space using cleanmgr because hdd c: only have 8GB running the ISA console). How can I change the ISA server to another machine, is it possible to use a system state to rebuild the machine in another SERVER? this is creating problems becaus now my exchange 2007 does not work, I’m not able to send or receive emails since the ISA is the one with the weblistener and all rules to connect the exchange scenario

I strongly suggest you dismiss W2003/ISA2006 and buy a Firewall. Even used migth be a solution.

I’ve started the process, hyper-v   prepared, downloaded the disk2vhd but when trying to run it on the server it fails because the server (starting normally) freezes after a while. the event viewer log does not show anything in safe mode... would it work doing a snapshot of the machine in safe mode?
or maybe install a "new" old ISA server and import all rules or restore from a previous backup
