issue is with 1 outlook 2013 user, when he tries to open contacts in his outlook the contacts who are using teams shows online , when he creates new message in his outlook but when he selects any contacts who are using skype for business it shows offline when he types those in his TO column of new message but on skype itself it shows online It is fetching for Teams presence on Outlook&nbsp;instead of Skype presence&nbsp; it suddenly happened today any thing I need to check, I deleted sign in info, tracing folder, created new outlook profile nothing helped. we have exchange 2016 environment
