ASP.net Meta Title only working on some pages

Hi
I am using VB.net code on my page load to add a meta title. This works on the home page as shown in the first piece of code, but for some resaon doesn't work on other pages lie the About page shown in the second piece of code. Is there a way to check this? The website url is Office2Web.co.uk
