What application or method should I use for replicating / backing up a physical file server with 7 TB of data?
I currently use Veeam to backup my virtual servers to my DR site, but I have not decided on what to use to backup/replicate the companies physical file server with 7 TB of data.
What do you suggest?

For Physical I can suggest the ones I already use daily:
- Windows Server Backup: free, does the job but is very limited.
- Veeam Agent: free, does the job, more options then WSB but still not enough.
- Macrium Reflect: I would go for this. Not free.
Veeam can also work with Physical Servers, if you want to keep the same investment, and GUI, and procedures.
otherwise if you want to look at a different product - Double Take

do you want physical to physical?

Physical to Physical is an option. I am just not sure whether to use Veeam or some other product for the physical.

I dont think veeam provides physical replication function, but depeending on your requirement, as an alternative you can look at Veeam Endpoint backup Free which is solution for backing up physical servers to a backup repository https://www.veeam.com/endpoint-backup-free.html
