PS Script to scan folder for files smaller than a set limit

I need to keep an eye on a specific folder to make sure no files show up that are smaller than 100MB in size. I'd like a script that scans the folder contents, moves any files it finds under that limit to a specific destination and then pauses for 30 minutes before it scans again, looping. It'd also be great to have it email me the filename of any offending file. Thanks Experts!
