How get rid of Blank Pages in PDF?

I have an editable PDF of a 200+ Page Catalog.
Every other page is blank. As I scroll thru, I see Page 1, then a blank opage, then Page 2, Black Page, etc
What is the easiest way to get rid of the blank pages?
UPDATE: If I export from Acrobat to Word format, in Word the Document has NO blank pages! Maybe the issue is not "blank pages" but rather that the pages are a bit long and spill over to the next page, causing blank looking pages?

It's possible that an extra carriage return is creating an extra page. To diagnose, choose File>Options>Display and check Show all formatting marks. Use a Page Break to create a new page instead of multiple returns.

If that doesn't fix the issue, please post the details of how you create the PDF.
If you have Acrobat Pro, you can remove pages directly in Acrobat.
