The default folders that tool tries to use (and are referenced in the Skype Log Files Location section of the download page) don't exist on the Windows 10 PC with the Skype for Business application installed. So I am not sure if that tool is geared towards a different Skype client perhaps. I cant access my account by that weblink either. I'm guessing that is for public Skype. On the client we use it says ''use the sign-in address of your organisation, - not a skype name or Microsoft account''. The Skype client is a windows exe and represents "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\lync.exe"

Does skype for business keep any form of log somewhere on a W10 device of calls made/received, and if so where are the files kept, and in what format/what tools would be required to interrogate them or get a meaningful report? (also would be interested in the instant messaging feature of SfB).
