Language translation xliff (xlf) editor
Hello all,
I am looking for a free xliff editor that will allow me to edit software language translation .xlf files.
The criteria is that it must be free, and ideally open source (Java) so that I can modify the code.
The perfect commercial example is Counterparts Lite:

The important functions are the ability to show three columns: 1) Trans Unit Key; 2) The source language; 3) The translation and be able to edit this content (or at a minimum, the translation strings).
I attached a sample language .xlf file (this is industry standard).
