Paint Shop Pro or Corre Draw ??
In my last job we use to use PSP for a lot of graphic pics and drawings. Looking for a version for home use I do know that Corel purchased PSP some years ago, but it seems like they kept is as a separate product.
Which product is better for design and/or touching up photos ?
or there a suite that contains both products ?
Thanks

The older versions of Corel (10, 11 and 12 -- the pre-"X" versions) contain both Photo-Paint and Draw. So you got both products for the price of one. I don't know what's bundled in the "X" versions.
I still use Corel 8 for the simplistic interface and higher speed in Photo-Paint, though Corel 8 is hard to get working on W7 due to a flaky memory management DLL -- and impossible to get version 8 working on later versions of Windows.
So far as I know there is not a bundle that contains both PaintShop and Draw.

I have used GIMP as already mentioned above for digital drawing and Inkscape for graphic design plus illustration work. For image touch ups you could look at PicMonkey.

Just finished chatting with an agent from Corel.
The have 3 different versions: CoralDraw for Graphics, Corel-Technical for tech illustrations and Corel-CAD.
Purchasing each directly from Corel is expensive $600 - $1K for each, but each have trail versions that I will experiment with first.

- They don't have a pkg that includes all 3, all must be purchased and installed separately !

Thanks for the feedback, I will try Corel(s) Designer and CAD apps to start with and see if I can get my project done w/them.
Thank You.
