I'm trying to help a client with a Solarwinds database migration to a new server. Unfortunately, whoever installed the SQL database did not document the password for the SA account and I am unable to log into the SQL Management Studio to manage the database. 

How can I recover or reset lost or forgotten password for the SA account in SQL 2014?
