PERC RAID drives are bad

Hi - I have a DELL R520 and I have some bad hard disk and server will not come up. I'm logged into perc and not sure how to rebuilt hard drives. I have two drives that are bad. disk 3 and 4 are bad or seem to be not working. they both are blinking orange lights. how would I begin to troubleshoot?

Thank you!

How is the RAID configured?  RAID 0, 1, 5 or something else?

It may or may not be possible to rebuild the RAID set if 2 of 4 drives are bad.

I am sorry. It's a RAID 6 on a XEN host server. So I have three host, and one has a bad controller. The VM moved to my other host and is currently working. I am in the process of backing up this server and moving a VxRail system. I appreciate all your help!  If you have any advice on backing up a DC and restoring on another VM, please look at my other POST. Thank you!
