Im not sure if its the Comcast Modem. I set the machines to all static and it seems to work. I will try to get dhcp on the server working and try it that way. <br><br>

The Windows server should be the DHCP server. Disable it on the router. The DHCP scope on the server should be giving its own IP as the DNS server.
