D drive - System Volume Information filling drive 93% on Windows 2012R2 server

So I have a Windows 2012R2 server and using Treesize I see that the drive is 93% full from the D drive System Volume Information folder.  How can I clear this?

This is a good starting point: https://www.howtogeek.com/282214/what-is-the-system-volume-information-folder-and-can-i-delete-it/
System Folders such as this one cannot be deleted. The fastest solution is to increase D: size. How big is it now?

I believe I found out it was left behind snapshot VSS from CommVault.  There is CommVault running on this server.
