Need help getting rid of a #Deleted record

Last Modified: 2021-01-08
I am using MS Access with MS SQL Server as the backend.
When I run the below query the first record is displayed as #Deleted
I have refreshed the link and the problem does not go away..
When I entered the same query into SSMA the results are normal... no #Deleted is displayed

FROM MyDatabase
WHERE MyField is Null;
