Change Name in Browser Tab

I'm in the process of publishing my web site, but the name of the project is not correct. Many thanks to the experts here who have gotten me this far! I was doing a lot of testing and trying to learn C#, ... the official title of my project is "ACS_CodesTest" Of course, I want the tab to be something like "ACS Codes" or whatever. How can I make that change. FWIW, I'm using C#, and Razor in VS 2019 Community.

I am NOT a seasoned web programmer, I am a retired C, and c++ programmer who has been pressed into service. Please be fairly specific.

I am flummoxed. It was NOT working even after Rebuild Solution. This on my local machine. Then another build with no changes that would affect this, it started working. I think I've noticed this before; Rebuild Solution doesn't necessarily mean what is sounds like it means.

copy whole files to another folder
do a text find in all files...
there are a few config files related to project folder description title there...
replace all of them, then open your project and build/compile

Please check Pages/Shared/_Layout.cshtml - there you will find the <HEAD> tag to change the name. You might have to do an additional setting later on but first you need to update this file.
