Meaning of two versions of Django?
This is on Windows 10
1. I have PyCharm and I see this Django version
2. I installed Django like this from Windows command prompt
and I see this version
Does this mean the project "tracker" has its own Django version and system wide - available to all other projects - I have 3.1.5 version?
